Event Registration Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. In the event of rain on Saturday June 20, 2009 the show will be held rain or shine on Sunday June 21, 2009. In the event of rain on Sunday, if there is no racing, those who purchased a race ticket can fill out a voucher for a refund or may ask to have their ticket credited for next years event.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations. In extenuating circumstances, to be determined soley by EuroRennen, a voucher for the following years show might be offered. This request must be made in writing to the address listed below.
